We’ll send you a Welcome Pack with the full information about your plan and how to contact us if you need anything.

Keep a note of your meter reading

Take your meter reading and keep a note of it – we’ll be asking you for this shortly.

Your transfer to Yü

We’ll take care of the hard work – within 21 days your account(s) will be set up, transferred and operating without you doing anything.

You’re all set

Once your switch is complete, we’ll outline how we can help you continue to receive the most competitive rates for peace of mind.
