Change of Tenancy Advisor

Reports to: Relationship Team Leader
Location: Nottingham
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week 9am – 5.30pm

To support the Change of tenancy department to investigate, assess and approve or reject requests based on requirements met. CoT Team to support different areas within the business such as, Customer Care and Complaints with ongoing investigations. The role will also include learning & development of day to day support of queries and meeting designated deadlines. This role will provide gaining essential employments skills such as time keeping, organisation, prioritisation & relationship building at all levels.

What We Need from Yü
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
– Assisting with inbound & outbound telephone & email queries
– Learning to develop relationships whilst providing excellent customer care and due diligence
– Developing skills to manage deadlines and stakeholder’s expectation
– Assisting with email allocation from inboxes and managing time
– Administration of CoT smoothly and efficiently
– Identifying and resolving customer complaints at point of contact
– Developing & Learning relationship skills with key stakeholders (Internal & External)
– Assisting with recording written information on systems
