Operations Support Advisor

Reports to: Relationship Team Leader
Location: Nottingham
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
To support the Operations Department with support queries within the Transfers Team & Operations Support Team to support different areas within the business. The role will also include learning & development of day to day support of queries and meeting designated deadlines. This role will provide gaining essential employments skills such as time keeping, organization, prioritization & relationship building at all levels.

What We Need from Yü
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
– Assisting with inbound & outbound email queries
– Learning to support Operations/Transfers Advisors queries
– Developing skills to manage deadlines and stakeholder’s expectation
– Assisting with email inboxes and managing time
– Administration of Meter Readings in the billing system
– Learning & developing numerical skills
– Developing & Learning relationship skills with key stakeholders (Internal & External)
– Assisting with recording written information on systems

– Education – GCSE Grade A-C in Math & English or Equivalent
– Office 365 – Good Office 365 skills including Excel, PowerPoint & Word Physical Requirements
