Case Study: Supplying Energy to a Longstanding Family Business

We’ve been supplying Roy’s wholesale haberdashery business with electricity for almost 3 years.

ROY’S ETHOS

The owner of A. Davenport (Trimmings) Ltd, Roy Harris and his wife Jan treat their customers the way he wants to be treated.  They’re not in it for the quick buck – and after many years of trading, they’re definitely more interested in building long term relationships with people who have the same ethos as them.

The same could be said for the suppliers, Roy wants to work with.  He wants to develop trusting relationships with suppliers that want to do the best for him.

WORKING WITH YÜ ENERGY

We started supplying electricity to Roy back in 2016 and we’ve proactively worked with him to secure the best deal when his contract has been up for renewal.  With competitive rates and a strong reputation for good customer care, Roy’s keen to explore switching his gas and water contracts over to us in due course.

And with new premises on the horizon Roy knows we’ll do everything we can to make the switch as easy as possible for him.

THE RIGHT DEAL BACKED UP WITH A RESPONSIVE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM

Roy’s happy to recommend our services to anyone who will listen:

“It’s very rare that I take the time to complement companies.  With Yü Energy, it really feels that the team are looking for the right deal for me – they’re always responsive on both email and over the phone and if there’s ever been an issue, it’s been sorted immediately.”

Good luck with the move Roy! We look forward to making the move as straightforward as possible.
