Fixed Electricity Plans

Stay in control of your energy costs. Fixed energy plans allow you to manage your business energy costs. Our typical plans are of a 1, 2 or 3-year duration and we won’t change our prices part way through your contract, so you always know what you’ll be paying for the energy you use.

• Fix – The Fix energy plan provides an all-inclusive fixed price for your electricity unit rates and standing charges for the entire contract . It’s for businesses with a non half-hourly electricity meter who want a simple product that offers greater budget certainty, peace of mind and consistent rates with no hidden charges. • Multi-Site Fix – The Multi-Site Fix plan provides the same rate for your electricity across all of your sites for a multi-site customer. It’s for businesses managing multi-sites with non-half-hourly meters, who want both consistent and fixed rates across their sites.
• Multi-Fuel Fix – The Multi-Fuel Fix plan offers a discount on your business energy when you take up two or more utilities with us. It’s for businesses who want to combine their business utilities and save money in the process. Businesses must switch two or more utility supplies to take advantage of the Multi-Fuel discount on their electricity/gas.

Pre-payment Electricity Plan 

• Pre-Pay – The Pre-Pay plan is perfect for customers who have a conventional non-half-hourly electric pre-payment meter and want to manage their electricity usage.

Freedom Plan

The Freedom plan provides a flexible business energy plan solution with a 30-day notice period if you wish to leave. Prices are fixed and are reviewed periodically. We’ll email you in advance to let you know the latest Freedom rates and advise you of any changes. You can choose to move to one of our fixed term contracts at any time. For businesses who require the ability and freedom to move their energy supply at short notice.

Renewals

Whether you’re a micro-business or a larger business, when your Fixed Energy Plan comes to an end, and if we haven’t heard from you, you’ll move to our Freedom Energy Plan. We’ll let you know the latest Freedom Plan rates in advance of your renewal date. With our Freedom Plan your business simply needs to give 30 days written notice and clear any outstanding balance to change supplier or, if the time is right for you, agree a new Fixed Energy Plan.

• Half-Hourly Fix – Our Half-Hourly Fix plan provides an all-inclusive fixed price for your electricity unit rates (6-hour night, 18-hour day) and standing charges for the entire contract duration. For businesses with a half-hourly electricity meter who want a simple product that offers greater budget certainty, peace of mind and consistent rates with no hidden charges. Energy is generated from certified renewable sources allowing your business to demonstrate their green credentials.
• Multi-Site Fix – Our Multi-Site Fix plan provides the same rate for your electricity across all of your different sites. It provides an all-inclusive fixed price for your electricity unit rates and standing charges for your entire contract duration.  For businesses managing multi-sites with non-half-hourly electricity meters, who are looking for a consistent and fixed rate across all of their sites.

Part Fixed Electricity Plans

Our part-fixed energy plans are for businesses that want more flexibility over how to manage their non-commodity costs whilst maintaining a fixed rate for their energy costs. Choose from 3 different part-fixed plans to suit you.

• Pass-Through – Our Pass-Through plan provides fixed energy rates, whilst all non-energy rates and costs are variable and are paid retrospectively based on their actual values. For businesses with an annual consumption greater than 500,000 kWh that want a fixed rate for their energy but wish to pay their non-energy costs in line with the latest market charges. Benefit from any reduction in non-energy costs while understanding that these charges may rise or fall during the duration of their contract.
• Renewable Pass-Through – Our Renewable Pass-Through plan provides fixed energy costs, with RO, FIT and CfD being pass through, whilst all other non-commodity costs are fixed. For businesses with an annual consumption greater than 500,000kWh who like the flexibility of paying a variable rate for renewable charges, whilst being able to pay a fixed rate for energy and other non-energy costs. Benefit from any reduction in renewable charges whilst understanding that these costs can go up as well as down.
• Cost Manager Pass-Through – Our Cost Manager Pass-Through plan provides fixed energy costs, with Capacity Market, DUoS and TNUoS charges being pass through, whilst all other non-commodity costs are fixed. For businesses with an annual consumption greater than 500,000 kWh who like the flexibility of paying a variable rate for distribution and transmission costs, whilst paying a fixed rate for energy and other non-energy costs. Benefit from any reduction in distribution and transmission costs whilst understanding that these costs may go up as well as down.
